SIGNS ON THE DOTTED LINE

on the heals of announcing the signing of Duncan Harris, Heyford
Athletic are deligted to confirm the signing of Matty Cox.
Cox
is another massive coup for the club, signing on the dotted
line after appearing from the bench in tonights pre-season friendly
against ON Chenecks.
Cox
can operate either as a striker or wide midfield player and
the fact that he has chosen Heyford over a number of clubs plying
their trade at a higher level indicates that Heyford are determined
to challenge for silverware once more.
At
the time of announcing the signing Manager Paul Smith was cleaning
the Changing Rooms so was unable to comment, however Assistant
Manager Nick 'Stan' Inwood pronounced "I am delighted that
we have captured another signing of this magnitude, Matt is
obviously a class act who will only add to our squad, better
still he is a Forest supporter!"
With
the new season still 6 weeks away, the management team are working
tirelessly on another couple of faces who will add even more
quality to what is currently looking like a good squad.
